Products with expired warranty that are returned for repair will be replaced by new products at a flat fee of 75 % of the distributor price.  Practice shows that this is in most cases cheaper than repairing the products. In addition, you get the products faster and you may benefit from fixed prices that are known beforehand and a two years warranty period.

Products are always shipped in their standard scope of delivery, that is without accessories such as filters etc. These must always be ordered separately. In case your customer needs the original device repaired for whatever reason, tick "Repair (do not replace)". Repairs are charged on a time and material basis to their full extent. If a device can not be repaired, you will be informed. Tick the appropriate box for returning or disposal.
